BWcut Fx, Dodoe’s ultra-high speed black coated wire, is based on the coating reconstruction technology and subverts the gamma ray structure, with a layer of brown black reconstruction layer smoothly covering its microsurface. Its discharge is fast and stable during processing. Compared with the brass wire, the number of electric corrosion of a single pulse channel is doubled, the energy release is more concentrated, and the corrosion effect on the workpiece is stronger. The processing speed of BWcut Fx can be increased by more than 40% compared with the brass wire, allowing the capacity of three machine tools to exceed that of four. Under the rough cutting condition, the cutting speed of BWcut Fx can be up to 200 square millimeters. In EDM, high temperature can be produced instantly to corrode workpieces to achieve ultra-high speed cutting.

Boway has successively undertaken four major topics of the key research on semiconductor and marine engineering materials covered by the state’s “14th Five-Year” key research and development plan, one topic of the key research on “key basic material technology upgrading and industrialization” covered by the state’s “12th Five-Year” key research and development plan, two projects covered by the state’s “11th Five-Year” science and technology support plan, four projects covered by the National Torch Program, two projects funded by the National Innovation Fund, and two national key new products. In recent years, the company has been focusing on integration and innovation, actively cooperated with well-known universities and research institutions at home and abroad, formed a unique technology, research and development integration platform, and become one of the pioneers in the R&D of non-ferrous metal special alloy materials in China.

Over the years, Boway Group has actively innovated in new materials, new energy, precision cutting wire, precision parts, high-end sanitary ware and other industries. The Group has applied for 374 invention patents and authorized 257 invention patents and has 142 valid patents, including 9 U.S. patents, 8 European patents, 4 Japanese patents, 5 Korean patents and 3 Taiwan patents.

Standard Formulation

As a director unit and a member of the technical committee of the International Wrought Copper Council (IWCC), Boway is the main developer of national and industrial standards for copper alloy bars and wires in China.
